2019 Dovetail Summit Schedule

Here's our draft outline of the 2019 summit. Please note, this schedule is subject to change, as we develop our schedule based on participant’s needs, hopes, and dreams! Additional details and all activity and spa sign-ups will be available well in advance of the summit, so you won’t miss a thing!

Tuesday april 30 2019:

3:00 pm - 5:00pm: Arrive and check-in at Middle Beach Lodge. We can’t wait for you to join us on the deck overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, down at the beach, or by the cozy lodge fire (we’re ready for all weather!). If you arrive early enough, stop in the adorable west coast town of Tofino for a local delicacy or a quick visit to the shops.

5:00pm - 6:45pm: Wine & Cheese (or Kombucha & kale chips). Opening keynote and meet the amazing women you'll be spending the week with!

6:45pm - 7:15pm: Break

7:15pm: Dinner

8:30pm: Fireside talk by the outdoor fire or indoor fireplace, followed by evening program, cottage games, stargazing, and more. 

 

wednesday may 1:

7:30am: Optional morning wellness program: hike, run, swim (polar dip!), rainforest hike, guided meditation, or yoga.

8:15am: Breakfast is open

9:30am: Morning Open Sessions: Shared outdoor experiences (activity options and details coming soon, including sea kayaking, biking, rainforest hiking, whale watching, surf /SUP lessons, etc.), town trip, spa appointments (not included), workshop (depending on number of participants keen)

12:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm - 6:00pm: Workshops, roundtables, mastermind sessions & a snack break

6:00pm - 7:15pm: Cocktail hour on the deck, free time

7:15pm: Dinner

8:30pm: Fireside talk by the outdoor fire or indoor fireplace, followed by evening program, stargazing, and more. 

 

thursday may 2:

7:30am: Optional morning wellness program: hike, run, swim, stand up paddle board, canoe, or yoga (indoors or outdoors)

8:15am: Breakfast is open

9:30am: Open Sessions: Shared outdoor experiences (activity options and details coming soon), spa appointments (not included), workshop (depending on number of participants keen)

1:00pm: Lunch

2:00pm: Afternoon Sessions Begin

2:00pm - 6:00pm: Workshops, roundtables, mastermind sessions

6:00pm - 7:15pm: Cocktail hour, free time

7:15pm: Dinner

8:30pm: Fireside talk by the outdoor fire or indoor fireplace, followed by evening program, stargazing, and more.

 

friday may 3:

7:30am: Optional morning wellness programming (yoga & meditation, or outdoor activity), or quiet coffee by the fireplace. 

8:00am: Breakfast

9:00am - 10:00am: Mastermind groups closing

10:30am - 12:00pm: Final Group Session

12:00pm-12:45: Lunch and Closing 

1:00pm: Depart for airport (we miss you already!!!)
